I am, that's who! I'm freaking out because it's less than a month now (officially, since the 23rd of March) to TEST DAY. Suddenly, when the 23rd arrived, I realized I now have to count in "weeks" instead of "months" and somehow that made a difference. So be it. I've studied all I can study. I guess I've done my part. Now it's time to take a little vacation and turn it over to the Lord. As one test preparation website that I've used is fond of saying, "It's in there!" It IS in there, somewhere--but the problem is that I might forget which dusty corner I stuck it in!
I'm looking forward to my trip to Ellen's. Hmmmmm.....she might enjoy a nice, relaxing massage while I'm there. It might be the last time she'll get to relax for many months, with another little mouth to feed shortly to arrive on the scene. I've learned that my table fits nicely into my back seat, and since it's only me going on the trip, why not carry an extra "passenger?" Ellen, if you read this, what do you think? When I was working on Amy on my massage chair, Natalie tried to imitate grandma. It was very cute. I think Abby is a bit young for that, but who knows? I know she's very smart, just like her cousin.
Amy has asked me to join her group of friends in making pajamas for the Primary Children's Medical Center. It appears the gals need a leader--someone who, perhaps, knows a little more about sewing than they do. I think sometimes Amy thinks more of my abilities than I do! Anyway, I'm glad to do it, and one of the best things about the day will be that I'll get to babysit (what a demeaning term!) "the Nat" that evening!!! What a perfect day! To be adored by a group of gals in the morning and adored by your granddaughter (I hope) that evening! Oh bliss! In between those two times of adoration, though, I'll have to prove myself with Amy grilling me on muscles! I hope I'll come off OK on that one, too, and that my daughter's esteem of me won't slip because I forgot that the biceps brachii is on the anterior arm (bracium?) instead of posterior...just kidding, Amy.
It appears that David and I still have a "thing" going. He calls me to do something every week. We sit together in church. He participated in a blessing for me recently. He brought me homemade chicken soup when I was sick. Who couldn't love being with a man who really cooks? I'm not saying I love him--I'm saying I love the idea of a man cooking! Truthfully, though, he is very nice, very neat, very clean, very Virgo--and some of my best relationships have been with others of my "kind." He doesn't know the first thing about natural healing, though--at least I had that in common with Phil, which was HUGE for me. I'll have to figure out, later on down the road, if that could be a stumbling block in a relationship. I don't have the time or the energy to figure it out right now, though. And it's not the time, either.
Hey, Amy--here's a question for you: do you know where the Deltoid Ligament is? Answer in next blog--or when we do muscles on Wednesday, whichever comes first. If you don't know the answer then I'm one "up" on you!
OK, everyone, got to go balance my brain so I can make it through the week. I learned how to do it this week at my seminar so I might as well practice on myself. If anyone else is offering to be a "guinea pig" I'll gladly accommodate. Until my next "blurg", be happy and safe!!!
